Shipping Policy
We ship all orders from our little farm in New Mexico. Each product is handmade, so please allow 3–5 business days for us to pack your order with care.
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info by email. Most packages are sent via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on weight and destination.

Shipping Rates:
We use calculated USPS shipping — rates are based on package weight and your location. You’ll see your shipping cost before checkout.

Pickup Option:
If you’re local, you can select Pickup in Store at checkout. But heads up: pickup isn’t at our home. We’ll email you after your order to schedule pickup at a vendor market or public meetup near Jarales, NM.

Delays or Issues:
We’re a two-person farm team, and sometimes goats or weather have other plans. If there’s a delay or your package goes rogue, reach out and we’ll get it sorted.
